In order to identify cancer clusters in the Najaf, 2020-2023, this study employed kernel density estimation (KDE) and the SaTScan spatial scan statistic. The districts of Al Hirafieen, Al Radhawya, and Al Ghari have the lowest cancer densities along Najaf, according to KDE data. Al Muthanna, Al Saad, Al Ashtraky, Al Saha, Al-Suaraa, Alskaan, Al Furat, and AL Rahmaa have a significant increase in density, which peaks in these areas. To find geographical clusters and assess their statistical significance, we employed a spatial scan statistic. We identified three geographical clusters with increased cancer risks that were statistically significant for the 50% window size, which is the spatial scan statistic. The most likely cluster (C1) was found around Al Hannana, Al Hussein, Al Saad Al Saha, Abu Khaled, Al Ulamaa Al-Suaraa, Al Muthanna, Al Karama AL-Murahlen, Al Mualimeen, Al Atibbaa, Al Ghadeer, Alskaan, Adan, Al ashtraky, ALburaq, Al Jdeidat, Al Ghari, Alamara, AL Rahmaa, Al Naft, Al Furat, Alhuwesh, AlHawraa-Zainab, Old cars viewe and Al Shourta (LLR=37.30, p<0.001). Secondary cluster (C2) were located in Al Saha, Al Karama, Al Saad, Alskaan, Al Ghadeer, Al Hannana, Al Muthanna, Al Hussein, AL-Murahlen, Al-Suaraa, Al ashtraky, Abu Khaled, Al Furat, Al Ulamaa, Adan, Al Mualimeen, Al Atibbaa, Al Ghari, and AlHawraa-Zainab (LLR=20.88, p<0.001). Other location secondary (C3) cluster were in old cars viewe, Al Naft, and AL Rahmaa. (LLR=11.40, p<0.001). For 25% window size, there were 2 statistically significant clusters with elevated risk of cancer. Al Saad Al Muthanna, Abu Khaled, Al Hannana, Al Saha Al Mualimeen, Adan, Al Hussein, Alskaan, Al Ashtraky, Al Karama, Al Ghadeer, AL-Murahlen, Al-Suaraa, and AlHawraa-Zainab were the most likely clusters with elevated cancer (LLR=16.71, p<0.001). The main cluster (C4) was located in the province's southwest area. AL Rahmaa, Al Naft, and Old Cars Viewe were home to the secondary cluster (C5) (LLR=11.40, p<0.001).
