Total and state-selective cross sections for charge transfer processes in ion-ion collisions involving H⁺ + He⁺, He²⁺ + Li²⁺, He²⁺ + He⁺, and Li³⁺ + Li²⁺ have been calculated within the energy range 30-2000 keV/amu using the three-body Boundary Corrected Continuum Intermediate State (BCCIS-3B) approximation. This method effectively accounts for distortions in the final state arising from the Coulomb continuum interactions between the projectile ion and the electron in the field of the residual target nucleus. State-specific and sub-shell resolved cross sections are presented in tabular form, providing detailed insight into the charge transfer dynamics. The theoretical results are compared with those obtained from other recent models as well as with available experimental data. The BCCIS-3B approach demonstrates very good agreement with experimental measurements, validating its applicability to a broad class of ion-ion collision systems at intermediate to high energies.
